The 'weirdest' thing I eat regularly might be my spicy tuna dip, which is made from chunk white tuna, mustard, mayo or sour cream, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, garlic, hot sauce, dill, and whatever I find that I think might go in it. It ranges from pleasantly tart and hot to face-melting horror, depending on the ingredient amounts and what mood I'm in.
I'm also a big fan of peanut butter and pickle sandwiches.

Now that you mention it, I've had Alligator. It was a gamey and dense white meat--no surprises there; it's a predator, after all. But it's largely unremarkable. I imagine snake would be lighter and perhaps less gamey, but I'm just guessing based on it's anatomy and the stuff they eat. And boiled peanuts and grits aren't weird foods. Not like low-country boiled crayfish are, anyway. It's just quite hard to find good grits, even in the South. Off topic, because this wasn't me and isn't exactly food, but in middle school a classmate of mine--who was too smart for his own good--ate three pages of his homework saying "it's only cellulose!" Yes, it is. It's cellulose...treated with bleach. Yeah, I was gonna say... boiled peanuts aren't weird at all, and grits certainly aren't any weirder than cream of wheat. XD I definitely consider crayfish weird. They taste good, but it kinda freaks me out that they look like giant bugs. I'll break 'em open and eat the big hunk of meat but I can't bring myself to eat the stuff out of the heads like everybody else does.

The weirdest thing I've had were chicken hearts. And I've had some questionable meats from Vietnamese places. It said meatball, but didn't look like any meat ball I've ever seen. I love trying new foods, but I'm really wary of bugs and stuff.

Hmm. Scorpion, once. Not sure what kind. In a lollipop of all things. It basically tasted like... crunchy sugar, so maybe not the complete experience.

There was a food truck in NYC giving out free ice cream from a really good local shop if you got a topping of bugs. I chose the dry roasted crickets. Like Pogo said they are kind of like popcorn texture and yeah I don't like it a whole lot either. But I was surprised how inoffensive they were otherwise.

Natto. Fermented Beans from Japan. Had it a few years ago, tasted so bad I think my mind voided the memory of it just to keep myself sane.
