Gonna give a shout-out to roasted potato wedges and home fries.

And even though Jasi already posted on twitter that she's disappointed in them, I am also going to praise the almighty Tater Tot. The most advanced form of crispy potato. So easy to get wrong when cooking, yet so perfect when all is done right. Mmmmm. Potato. *drools*
